Floor Standing Lightbox
Floor standing lightbox with rechargeable battery with low voltage LED light source and opal layered safety glass work top. The solid MDF frame can be lacquered in colours from the PLAY+ range. The unit is intended to be charged and then used cable free anywhere in the classroom. Plastic glide feet and inherent stability make it easy to push around the floor to different positions, safe and durable work surface for children to use in focused adult led activities or independently to investigate materials or simply as a new context for imaginative play, construction and free-standing creative space. For 2018 we have added a colour light function. The on/off switch now also operates colour light – holding the button down for more than 3 seconds cycles from white light through the entire RGB colour range so children can select a colour, hold the button to select a different colour, or click the button to return to the standard white light.
